Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of Services

Fresso Labs provides professional technology and talent solutions services. Due to the bespoke, time-intensive nature of our work, all service engagements are governed by individual written agreements specifying terms, scope, timelines, and payment schedules.

Cancellation by Client

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@fressolabs.com. Any work completed prior to the cancellation date will be invoiced and is payable in full. Cancellation during an active delivery phase may attract a cancellation fee as specified in the client agreement. Pre-paid retainer amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the written agreement.

Cancellation by Fresso Labs

Fresso Labs reserves the right to cancel or suspend services in cases of non-payment, material breach of agreement terms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where Fresso Labs initiates cancellation, any pre-paid amounts for undelivered services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 15 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: duplicate payment made in error (full refund within 7 business days of verification); service not commenced following confirmed payment (subject to deduction of any administrative costs incurred); or an explicit service failure attributable to Fresso Labs that cannot be remediated (assessed on a case-by-case basis).

Career Catalyst — Registration Fee

The Career Catalyst registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee is collected only after the candidate has attended a discovery meeting and independently decided to proceed.

Career Catalyst — Training Fee

Training fees paid but for which training has not yet commenced may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis where the cancellation is initiated by Fresso Labs. No refund is provided for training fees once training has commenced.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, contact hello@fressolabs.com with your engagement reference, the reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation. Fresso Labs will review and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

Talent Placement Services

For talent acquisition and placement services, guarantee and refund terms are defined in the individual placement agreement. Cash refunds for completed placements are not provided. Standard practice includes a structured replacement guarantee period.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
