Sharing of Personal Data

Fresso Labs does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share information with technology service providers who assist us in operating our website and services (under strict confidentiality obligations), regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law, and professional advisors where necessary to protect our legitimate interests.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements. Job application data is retained for up to 36 months. Career Catalyst application data is retained for up to 24 months. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access and receive a copy of your personal data; correct inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure of your data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
