Consent to Process Data

By submitting a job application, Career Catalyst application, or career profile to Fresso Labs LLP, you consent to Fresso Labs collecting, storing, and using your personal data — including your name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, and any documents you submit — for the purpose of assessing your application.

Accuracy of Information

By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or materially inaccurate information may result in immediate disqualification at any stage or, where applicable, termination of employment.

Data Use

Your application data will be used to assess your suitability for the role or programme applied for. With your explicit consent, your data may be retained and considered for future suitable vacancies. Fresso Labs does not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Resume / CV

By uploading your resume or CV, you confirm that you have the right to share the information it contains and consent to Fresso Labs LLP retaining it for up to 36 months for recruitment and talent pipeline purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@fressolabs.com.

Right to Withdraw

You may withdraw your application or request deletion of your application data at any time by contacting hello@fressolabs.com. Withdrawal of an application does not affect any data we are legally required to retain.

No Guarantee of Employment

Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, offer of employment, or enrolment in any programme. Fresso Labs LLP reserves the right to close, pause, withdraw, or modify any role or programme at any time without prior notice.

Confidentiality

All application materials submitted to Fresso Labs are treated as confidential. They will not be shared outside of the Fresso Labs recruitment team without your consent.
